The 30 Day Vegan Challenge is Back!!!

I have updated the 30 Day Vegan Challenge and I’m super excited for you guys to start it! This challenge is simple and fun for anyone thinking about transitioning into a vegan lifestyle or just wanting eat healthier in general. You can start this challenge whenever you want, however many times you want. The purpose of this challenge is to introduce you to the vegan basics.

During this challenge, you will try something new everyday that is related to a vegan lifestyle. This can range between purchasing alternatives, opening your mind to new things,  watching documentaries, trying different health food essentials, and eating tons of crazy good vegan food of course!

You don’t HAVE to go vegan for 30 days. You can simple try something new that is vegan everyday, it’s your choice!

  1. I LOVE this challenge! You have made it so easy to transition and dip into it a bit at a time. I can’t start the challenge right now but I will definitely start adding a few of these to my daily routine!
