Homemade Hemp Milk (Recipe)
I haven’t bought milk from the store for over a year now. I love it so much I’m never going back. I love the simplicity, that I can make a fresh batch daily or on the fly with no hassle. On top of it being so quick to prepare, it’s also tasty, and nutritious.
For any hemp milk newbies, hemp milk is completely legal and does not contain THC.
Hemp seeds in general, are a must-have in my kitchen. They are great for topping, making creamy smoothies, and an easy milk replacement of course. Hemp milk is a way better choice than cows milk because it’s cholesterol free, gluten free, soy free, hormone free, chemical, and mucus free. Hemp milk is known to contain the highest amount of protein. The protein contained is easier to digest than cows milk and meat. It contains all 10 essential amino acids and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Including hemp seeds/milk into your daily diet is beneficial for your brain health.

This milk is so creamy with a fresh nutty taste.
1/2 cup raw hemp seeds
2 Medjool dates, pitted or raw agave (opt out for unsweetened)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
2 cups spring water
Use 1/2 cup of hemp seeds
Add agave or pitted dates
Add in spring water.
Blend all the ingredients together for about 45 seconds to 1 minute until creamy.
Store in an airtight container or jar for up to 4-5 days.
This homemade hemp milk is super simple! Just blend hemp seeds and water. Everything else is optional and for added flavor. You can strain your milk if you want like, but that step is also optional.
