Chocolate Banana Mango Smoothie bowl
Enjoy a sweet breakfast or a late night dessert without the guilt.



  • 1/2 cup hemp milk less or more as needed (keep it thick)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp raw agave
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango diced
  • 1/2 fresh banana
  • 1/2 fresh mango
Bowl Toppings
  • raw pumpkin seeds
  • chia seeds
  • 1/2 fresh banana
  • 1/2 fresh mango


– Blend all your ingredients together until creamy and thick.
Start off with less water to maintain control of the smoothie consistency

– Add/substitute any additional toppings you would like!
