Chocolate Blueberry-Mango Smoothie Bowl 




– Frozen Mango
– Frozen Bananas
– Fresh Blueberries
– Dates/Raw Agave
– Spring Water

Bowl Toppings

– Fresh Blueberries
– Fresh Mango
– Ground Flax Seed


 – Blend all your ingredients together until creamy and thick.
– Pour smoothie into a bowl
– Add/substitute any additional toppings you would like!

Add your dates and hemp seeds to the bottom for fewer chunks.
I personally like a few date chunks for texture and extra sweetness. 

Start off with less water to maintain control of the smoothie consistency

  1. Next time you make a smoothie, throw it in a bowl and throw a hand full of blueberries over it & chia seeds. It’s easier than you think!! ❤️❤️
