How To Make Buddha Bowls
Are Buddha bowls some sort of meditation bowl? Are these for Buddha’s only?
Wtf is a Buddha bowl?
Buddha bowls are basically a hearty bowl of food, thrown together to create a meal. The average Buddha bowl contains greens like kale or spinach, your choice of grains like rice or quinoa, a variety of cooked and fresh vegetables, and even a starch like sweet or regular potatoes. You can honestly add anything your heart desires. It’s similar to a Chipotle burrito bowl, but any taste or style you’d like. Add any sauces and toppings like sriracha and a variety of nuts and seeds.
Buddha bowls don’t have to always be cooked. You can also make raw buddha bowls with zoodles, sprouts, green onions, kale, edamame, red cabbage, avocado, lime and sesame seeds.
