    I decided to attempt the 30 day Vegan challenge. Going to the grocery store to go shopping for the first time was to overwhelming. When I expressed my concerns, I was told to try this amazing book of recipes. Before this meal plan, I found myself feeling sick because I was constantly trying “meatless meats” from the local grocery store. This recipe gave me fulfilling meals that didn’t make me feel lethargic after each meal. Even though my Vegan journey was unsuccessful, I definitely gained new knowledge about Vegan meals and how delicious they can actually be. This is one of the few Vegan meal
    Plan options that seem to be both healthy and tasty. I will definitely be giving this a try again!

    I absolutely love this meal plan! It made my transition into being a vegan very easy. I am always on the go and I needed a plan that could fit my lifestyle. The recipes are simple and quick to prepare– also very yummy! Did I mention it helped me lose several pounds….:-)
