Raw Vegan Avocado Zoodles

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 zucchini spiralized
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 cup cashews optional
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • pink salt sprinkled
  • cracked pepper sprinkled

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Spiralize your zucchini for the noodles
  2. Blend the avocado, lime juice, cashews, and seasonings
  3. Mix avocado sauce with the noodles and tomatoes. Top with fresh tomatoes and cracked pepper
