Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change, and unexpected events may arise. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to manage my schedule efficiently and offer your time slot to other clients.

 

Cancellation Fee

If you cancel or reschedule your session with less than 12 hours notice, a cancellation fee will apply, as follows:

Cancellation fee for sessions are
$15 for readings priced between $50-75
$20 for readings priced between $76-$100
$25 for readings priced between $101-150
$50 for readings priced between $151-$300


Payment Policy

To secure your appointment, I require that you pay your invoice in full at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your appointment may be subject to cancellation.

Exceptions

In case of extenuating circumstances or emergencies, please contact me directly to discuss the situation, and I may waive the cancellation fee at my discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I look forward to serving you and assisting you in your journey.

 

Why a Cancellation Policy?

Respect for my time as a professional tarot reader.
My time is valuable and should be respected.

When a client cancels at short notice, it prevents my from filling that time slot with another client, resulting in lost income to support myself, my child and this business.

Ensuring fair access to services. The Cancellation fees will hopefully attract clients to honor their appointments, ensuring that services are available to those who truly need them.

 This cancellation policy, is to establish clear expectations for both you and myself to which help maintain a professional working relationship.
