CHV Monthly Website Management Policy

  Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay their monthly website management fee on or before the specified due date each month. The payment due date will be clearly communicated to the client upon initiation of the service.

 

Late Payment Fee

A $15 late fee will be assessed for payments received after the due date without fair notice. This fee is intended to cover the administrative costs associated with handling late payments and will be added to the following month's invoice.

 

Discounted Rate

 Clients receiving a discounted rate for our monthly website management services are expected to maintain a good payment history. After two failed or missed payments, the client's account will revert to the full price of $650 per month.

 

Cancellation of Discounted Rate

 If a client cancels their discounted rate membership, they will need to re-enroll at the full price. Discounted rates are a privilege and may not be reinstated once canceled.

 

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel their monthly website management service at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, clients are responsible for any outstanding payments, including late fees, if applicable.

 

Reinstatement of Services

 Clients whose accounts have been canceled due to non-payment may be subject to a reinstatement fee in addition to any outstanding payments owed. Reinstatement of services is at the discretion of CHV and is not guaranteed.

 

Refunds

 We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the monthly website management service. Clients are responsible for the full monthly fee regardless of when they choose to cancel their service.

 

Changes to Policy

CHV reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to the policy, and it is the client's responsibility to review and understand the updated terms.

By enrolling in CHV's monthly website management service, clients agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
