When I first started meditating I thought I had to always be in this crisscross applesauce position chanting or I wasn’t doing it right but meditation starts with sitting with yourself and allowing yourself to quiet your mind.

I’m a firm believer in music being brainwashed. 
I love being intentional about the music I allow to brainwash me and taking time to detox from music I digest that isn’t the healthiest for me. 

Here’s my favorite way to mix music and meditation. 
allowing yourself to sit in stillness daily with this album and get yourself comfortable with mindfulness and stillness, which will lead to easier meditation sessions.
